By providing my personal data to Dunkin’ Donuts, I hereby agree and allow
Dunkin’ Donuts and its affiliates (collectively “Dunkin’ Donuts”) to:

(a) collect, use, store, disclose and/or process my personal data, including but not limited to my name, my identification number, my date of birth, my telephone numbers, my email address, my address and other relevant data, for the following purposes:

in connection with my job application or my engagement, from time to time, to work in Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants, or otherwise in connection with Dunkin’ Donuts operations on a temporary basis (including work on special events and promotion dates);
facilitating, processing, dealing with, administering, managing and/or maintaining my relationship with Dunkin’ Donuts;
dealing in any matters relating to Dunkin’ Donuts products, services or activities;
carrying out due diligence and other screening activities, or to prevent or investigate any fraud or breach of contract or unlawful activity, or complying with or as required by any applicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements of any relevant jurisdiction;
conducting research, analysis or development activities (including but not limited to data analytics, surveys and/or profiling) to enhance Dunkin’ Donuts products, services and/or operations, and/or otherwise for Dunkin’ Donuts business operations and purposes;
storing, hosting, backing up (whether for disaster recovery or otherwise) of my personal data, whether within or outside Singapore,(collectively the “Purposes”);
(b) disclose personal data about me to Dunkin’ Donuts third party service providers and agents (“Representatives”) that are engaged by Dunkin’ Donuts to perform certain functions in connection with the Purposes so long as disclosure is necessary to enable such Representatives to perform the said functions. The Representatives may be located within or outside Singapore. In this regard, I hereby acknowledge, agree and consent that the said Representatives may, to the extent necessary to perform the said functions, collect, use, disclose and/or process my personal data.

I hereby represent and warrant that I am the authorised user and/or subscriber of the email address and/or the telephone number provided by me, and that I have read and understood the above provisions.
